Today my first summer project has began... Wasn't expecting the workmen until tomorrow but alas they came a day early. The sooner this project is completed........ relief.....
Much of the day was spent digging the earth which has another 3-4 feet to completion. However, the root of the coconut tree is presenting a challenge with its nuts of the earth between.
Continuous water flow into the dug out areas also is hampering the process,,

Made my first batch of seitan today...
Bought 2lbs of white flour following a recipe I saw on youtube... Easiest I have found since trying to get this done....
Attempted to make nuggets but I cut the strips to small resulting in them popping. End result more of popcorn chicken... At least that what I thought.. Had and shared a few with a bit of ketchup...
